Informing potential Clients of our services
Richard Burnell Limited will inform potential clients of our services through
our web site, press releases and advertising.
Richard Burnell Limited explains the advantage of working with selected
building tradesmen. We aim to ensure that all potential clients appreciate
that using a preferred tradesman, whose work quality has been checked, has
many advantages over pot-luck in the open market. The service is FREE
to potential Clients.
Registration with Richard Burnell
Limited
We urgently need to expand our network of Tradesmen. Therefore we are
currently offering to register interested Tradesmen for a flat fee of £20. No
further fee is payable until we pass on the first (of many) successful Work
Leads to you, then a Consolidation Fee is payable in accordance with the
following :
£200 per registration
for Sole traders per annum
£300 per registration for Limited Companies per annum 
We restrict the numbers of registered trades per County (initially 10 trades
per County) so please register as soon as possible to take advantage of this
opportunity.
Client
Leads
Richard Burnell Limited keeps a register of Tradesmen listed by County. We
keep a record of the type of work that you undertake and also any
construction cost limits that you might have indicated to us. This ensures
that we will always pass leads to you that are suitable to your location,
cost limits and build type. We expect, therefore, that all leads will be of
interest to you saving your company time & money.
Leads are sent out to a maximum of three qualifying tradesmen in the area
concerned. This limits your competition for each project - and of course not
all leads will be accepted by all Tradesmen.
Brief details of each lead will be sent either by SMS, fax or e-mail direct
to your named contact person. Should you wish to take up any of the leads
sent to you, then you just need to confirm as much to us by return.
THERE IS NOTHING ELSE TO PAY.
We expect
that you contact the potential client within 48hrs of receiving the detailed
information regarding the project and that you confirm contact has been made
to us at Richard Burnell Limited. We double check with the Client that all is
well at this stage.
Should it prove impossible to establish contact within 7 days, or if the
client cancels the project, then you must inform us.
Client Instructions Received
Should you be successful in being awarded the project by the Client then
THERE ARE NO FURTHER FEES TO PAY on that project. Please note that all
responsibilities regarding the Client/Tradesman relationship pass to you when
you first contact the client.
