You can print off our FREE Home Contract and use it as you see fit.
You contact the tradesmen & arrange for them to quote for the work.
You select the tradesman of your choice.

Our Guarantee
Unlike other 'Recommend a Builder' services,
we do not simply take up Credit References. The quality of workmanship of
EVERY Builder/Tradesman on our records has been thoroughly checked by one of
our professional Inspectors to ensure it meets our standards.
However should you have a
complaint against a Contractor we have recommended, we will investigate and
if justified, we will immediately remove them from our list.
Recommend A Tradesman.
If you have used a good Builder or Tradesman recently and would like to
recommend their services, please e-mail us. We will contact them and if
suitable, we will add them to our register of preferred Builders and
tradesmen.
