Registration with
Richard Burnell Limited
We urgently need to expand our network of designers and professionals,
therefore we are currently offering registration for a flat fee of just £25.
We are limiting the
number of registered professionals to 5 per discipline per County so early
registration is advisable. We ensure a good geographical spread to enable you
to achieve the maximum benefit from being registered with us.
Finding the Client
Richard Burnell
Limited attracts clients through
extensive advertising, press releases and our web site. Our aim is to inform
the general public of the importance of using professionals in all aspects of
their building projects and to help them to appreciate the benefits of using registered,
reliable, vetted professionals. We aim to ensure that all potential clients
appreciate that fees paid for professional services are insignificant when
compared to rectification costs or legal costs incurred should their project
go wrong.
Feeding Work Leads to
Registered Designers
Richard Burnell Limited
keeps a register of their designers listed by County. Work Leads are sent out
to a maximum of three qualifying professionals covering the relevant
location. We maintain a record of the type of work you undertake and any
construction cost or other restrictions you may have.
We then ensure that all Work Leads passed to you have been pre-matched to
your requirements. This significantly increases the chances of a successful
match between yourself and the client and saves your company time and money
in abortive queries.
Brief details of the
Work Lead are faxed or e-mailed to your named contact. Should you wish to
take up the Work Lead, simply fax us the signed form or complete the
acceptance box on the e-mail & return that to us. If the proposal is not
of interest, let us know why. Whatever your response, BAC ask that you reply
to us within 24 hours in order to maintain our quality of service to the
client.
Client Introductions
Once you have accepted
the Work Lead, a Lead Fee of £10 is payable (via our web site quoting your
lead number or by post enclosing a cheque). Richard Burnell Limited will then
send you full details of the proposed scheme.
We expect you to contact the client within 48 hours of receipt of the full
details and that you copy Richard Burnell Limited with your contact notes.
Once contact has been established, all responsibility for the
Client/Professional relationship rests with you for PI purposes.
Should it prove impossible to establish contact with the client within 7
days, the Lead Fee will be refunded in full.
Successful Client/Professional Matches
Richard Burnell Limited will ask the client to whom they have awarded
the project and will, where requested, assist the client in that decision.
Once you have been successfully awarded the project by the client, the
following Fees become applicable.
